June 28, 2012 – Club Penguin has announced CeCe, as well as her partner Rocky as mascots on Club Penguin.

July 19, 2012 – Club Penguin has released the Music Jam (Ultimate Jam) for 2012, which is the first party CeCe and Rocky have appeared for at Club Penguin.

History

Club Penguin first announced Rocky and her partner CeCe on the Club Penguin Blog on June 28, 2012. Click here to view the blog post. Originally, Rocky and CeCe are on one of Disney’s hit TV shows named Shake It Up. Since Shake It Up has to relate to music and dancing, and so does the Club Penguin’s Music Jam, they decided to let Rocky and CeCe to be mascots for the Music Jam.
